Tons of Clear Parts!

Stickers

The sticker for the forehead crystal is different than usual but I didn’t use it. XP

Building Process

The process wasn’t recorded properly as I made this a long while back but I’ll put em’ up anyways for those who are curious. Sorry if most of the shots are blur though as I was pretty new with focusing my camera at that time.

As usual, well actually this was my second time doing it, I painted the clear parts green with my metallic Sangokuden Gundam Marker.

Gimmick

The gimmick is for the Holoscreen of the Cherudim which is used for a more precise long range sniping.

Head Parts

Head

Head Sensor

I painted the clear piece clear red with the metallic red Sangokuden Gundam Marker. The trick is to not shake it until it is mixed well to make it come out clear. The camera piece is painted using the metallic blue Sangokuden Gundam Marker. It wasn’t so thick but at least you can see it somewhat. ^^;

Sniper Rifle Parts

Tried to paint the piece clear blue with the marker but… failed.

Sniper Rifle - Right Side

Sniper Rifle - Left

Sniper Rifle - Folded

The rifle can be folded but you need to pull out the piece and re-connect it into another connection. This is for storage purposes as well as for a rapid fire rifle instead of the low fire rate of the sniper rifle.

Armor

The armor part can move in and out.

    Ah nice poses man :D Ass is ass lol!!!

    I actually want to find clear rods to pose the flying bits! But I loved your idea of using the default clear stand here man :D

      Thanks! Yeah, that was something I came out at the spur of the moment. I saw that the connections look possible and I tried it out. Voila, it works!

      If you do try, don’t force it if it doesn’t seem to go in, just poke it in carefully and it should go in no problem. ^^

    Cherudim…. Mine is falling apart…….. The bits fall down easily

    • 25/02/2010 5:16 pm

      Probably the side-effect after playing with it quite a bit. Happens to most model kits after some wear and tear. Luckily mine hasn’t went to that level yet. ^^;
      Then again, the superglue trick may help out in this situation as well.
