HG 1/144 Cherudim Gundam Trans-AM Mode – 1200 Yen

I had this one for a good while already and actually wanted to review it last year but didn’t in the end. Since the reviews of the Arios, GN Archer and Seraphim is already up, I might as well review Cherudim as well so that I can completely my 00 Season 2 reviews. Well, this might be a late thing to do actually as the GNHW/R upgrade of the Cherudim has been out for months. Nonetheless, I’ll review it as the base model is still the same sans the Rifle Bits. XP

Specifications:
Pilot: Lockon Strtos AKA Lyle Dylandy
Height: 18.0m
Weight: 58.9t
Armaments: GN Sniper Rifle II, GN Beam Pistol II (2), GN Shield Bit (9), Holoscreen

MS Brief:
The Cherudim Gundam is a sniping unit meant for long range battles. However, as shown in the anime, the pilot Lyle Dylandy (AKA Lockon Stratos) is more prone to use the GN Pistols as he seems more suited for a closer range battle than the previous Lockon who piloted Gundam Dynames. The Gundam is also assisted by a Haro who is shown to maintain the Shield Bits while the pilot does the normal battle operations.

    I actually want to find clear rods to pose the flying bits! But I loved your idea of using the default clear stand here man :D

      Thanks! Yeah, that was something I came out at the spur of the moment. I saw that the connections look possible and I tried it out. Voila, it works!

      If you do try, don’t force it if it doesn’t seem to go in, just poke it in carefully and it should go in no problem. ^^

    Cherudim…. Mine is falling apart…….. The bits fall down easily

      Probably the side-effect after playing with it quite a bit. Happens to most model kits after some wear and tear. Luckily mine hasn’t went to that level yet. ^^;
      Then again, the superglue trick may help out in this situation as well.
